Paper full of potential

It’s biodegradable eco-paper that’s embedded with seeds, made using post-consumer & post-industrial paper waste (a posh way of saying recycled paper). When planted in a pot of soil, the paper composts away & the seeds grow, so you’re left with flowers, herbs or vegetables & best of all, zero waste.

Making your wedding invitations, marketing print or business stationery the most sustainable it can be.

  • Prepare your Pot

Fill your pot 2/3 full with good potting soil. Pat down the soil & add more if necessary. You want the pot to be firmly full, but not packed. The paper can be planted indoors or outside.

  • Plant the Paper

Take your Seed Print paper & cover the soil in the prepared pot with the paper. It’s okay if the paper overlaps. Spread 3-4 mm of soil over the paper pieces & pat down gently on top.

  • Start the Magic

Give it a good soak. You want the paper & the soil to be nicely damp but not swimming in water. During the first 10 days, keep the paper moist at all times for the germination to happen.

  • Nurture the Magic

Once sprouts appear, keep the paper moist but be careful not to overwater. Once sturdy plants appear, water as needed. The pics below show the results after planting a greeting card.
