Dispatch & Delivery

Dispatch timelines

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days. In most cases, for order quantities under 500, we are able to print and dispatch the order within 1 working day.

If you have requested for your artwork to be approved prior to printing, the dispatch timeline is from the moment the final artwork is signed off.

In all cases, you will receive an Order Complete email on dispatch, which will include delivery tracking information.

Delivery options

We offer FREE UK mainland delivery on all orders*. We use a next working day service as standard, which delivers between the hours of 7am – 7pm. 

However, we also offer the option to upgrade your delivery for a small charge:

  • Standard Delivery (Free): Delivered between 7am and 7pm the next working day after dispatch.
  • Pre-Noon Delivery (£15.00): Delivered before 12pm the next working day after dispatch.
  • Pre-10:30 Delivery (£20.00): Delivered before 10:30am the next working day after dispatch.
  • Saturday Delivery (£35.00): Delivered before 10:30am on the Saturday after dispatch.

* Some postcodes incur a surcharge and longer delivery times, which you can find below.

Delivery to multiple addresses

Our free delivery policy applies to a single UK mainland address.

If you require your order to be delivered in batches to multiple addresses, please contact our team at sales@seedprint.co.uk and we will provide you with an accurate delivery quote.

Free delivery exceptions

We offer free mainland UK delivery as standard, but some remote locations and offshore islands in the UK incur extra costs. 

For the areas below, we apply a £30.00 surcharge:

  • Guernsey
  • Isle of Man
  • Isle of Scilly
  • Isle of Wight
  • Jersey
  • Northern Ireland
  • Outer Hebrides
  • Shetland Islands

Delivery times restrictions

We offer next working day delivery as standard on many products, although there are specific UK postcodes that can take an additional 2 to 3 working days. 

These postcodes are:

  • Guernsey: GY9 – GY10
  • Isle of Man: IM1 – IM99
  • Isle of Scilly: TR21 – TR25
  • Isle of Wight: PO30 – PO41
  • Jersey: JE1 – JE4
  • Northern Ireland: BT1 – BT94
  • Northern Scotland: AB36 – AB38, IV1 – IV99, KA27 – KA28, KW1 – KW17, PA20 – PA80, PH19 – PH50
  • Outer Hebrides: HS1 – HS9
  • Shetland: ZE1 – ZE3
